Meet Ahmed Shaaban and His Team
Ahmed Shaaban is based in Egypt and works alongside his partners as part of the IT team at the QCAP Lab. The team is responsible for managing and supporting online meetings for the lab director, ensuring smooth communication and professional presentation during internal and external sessions.

Testing Background
At the QCAP Training Center, Ahmed and two colleagues conducted a hands-on test of Lyra during an internal Zoom meeting.
The test was carried out in a real meeting scenario to closely reflect their daily usage conditions.

Key Challenges Addressed
One of the standout features for the team was Auto Framing. It automatically adjusts the composition during the meeting, making the session look more dynamic and professional, rather than static and monotonous.
Ahmed noted that this was especially appreciated by their manager, who values looking polished on camera. The face-enhancing effect helped improve on-screen appearance in a natural way, increasing overall satisfaction — particularly for female participants.

The team had been using a Logitech webcam prior to testing Lyra. During the comparison, they immediately noticed a visible improvement in image quality.

Audio quality was another area where Lyra stood out.
This was particularly important in a larger meeting room environment.

The test session received positive feedback from the entire team:

For Ahmed and his team at QCAP Lab, Lyra proved to be a reliable solution that significantly enhanced both video and audio quality during online meetings. From intelligent framing and natural image enhancement to clear voice pickup, Lyra helped elevate their meetings to a more professional standard — without adding complexity to their workflow.
