Usage Scenario

The project was a combination of gear review and field testing for the Solidcom SE system, produced for the Luminous Media channel. It tested the intercom in real filmmaking situations including commercial-style shoots, dynamic outdoor filming, and small team productions.
The project aimed to demonstrate how clear communication improves efficiency on set and show the headset’s reliability for small creator teams.

Filming took place in Jeruzalem, Slovenia. The work environment included both indoor and outdoor locations. The outdoor shoot involved morning mist and heavy fog, presenting challenging moisture and visibility conditions, to test water resistance and durability. Indoor setups provided controlled lighting for talking-heads and product shots. A total of four team members used the Solidcom SE, with headsets allocated to the director, FPV drone pilot, car driver, and camera/gimbal operator.
